1. NOMA ***

If you're familiar with the New Nordic cuisine, then you perhaps have heard of Noma. It is considered a flagship restaurant in the Nordic gourmet food scene and has been awarded the title of the world's best restaurant on five separate occasions.

In the year 2021, Noma was awarded a third star and its co-owner/chef, Rene Redzepi, won the prestigious award for Best Mentor Chef. 

 

 

2. Geranium***

Geranium is the first restaurant in Denmark to achieve three Michelin stars. The restaurant has also been ranked number one on the World's 50 Best Restaurants list, and is run by Chef Rasmus Kofoed, who was voted the world's best chef in 2011.


 

3. Restaurant Alchemist**

Restaurant Alchemist caused a stir even before it opened in the summer of 2019, thanks to chef Rasmus Munk's unique 50-course menu. Yes, you read that right - 50 courses! This innovative approach to dining caught the attention of the Michelin judges, and in its first year of operation, Restaurant Alchemist was awarded two Michelin stars.

The restaurant has continued to impress, and in 2022, it was ranked number 18 in the prestigious World's 50 Best Restaurants list.
