At the M/S Maritime Museum of Denmark you find both history and architecture

M/S Maritime Museum of Denmark

Just nearby Hamlet`s Kronborg in North Zealand you will find one of Denmark`s big architecture attractions named M/S Maritime Museum of Denmark.

Since its opening in 2013, the museum was awarded several architectures and design prizes.  The famous Danish architect Bjarke Ingels made the architectural drawings of the museum, and it is built under the ground because it is so close to Kronborg Castle.

The maritime traditions

Many exhibitions here tell exciting stories of the proud Danish maritime traditions. Here you can see, listen and interact while discovering the maritime world.

Cafe & souvenirs

When you are here, why not visit the café designed very beautiful inside and outside. You can get a delicious lunch, hot and cold drinks, pastries or sweets here. The museum shop is also a good idea to visit. Buy all from interior design, arts, books, jewellery, scents, beauty products, toys and fashion. Everything is imbued with quality and modern design.

The M/S Maritime Museum of Denmark is a top-rated attraction, and ordinarily, many tourists visit the museum in combination with The Kronborg "Hamlet" Castle, which, as mentioned, is just nearby.
