Liseberg Amusement Park

Beautiful memories are created in the amusement park every summer.

Liseberg which opened in 1923 has become one of the most visited amusement parks in the Nordic countries. The amusement park attracts about three million visitors annually and offers entertainment, attractions, beautiful flowers, restaurants and accommodation.

You find around 40 different attractions and rides here, such as Atmos Fear, the tallest free fall in Europe and the award-winning wooden roller coaster Balder.

In the Liseberg Wheel, you can enjoy the view from above and the beautiful flowers in the park. 

 
Rides

Being one of Europe’s leading amusement parks, Liseberg really does offer a lot of rides. Try flying teacups, bumper cars, the Ferris wheel, circular rollercoaster. The newest and most physical ride is AtmosFear – the tallest free fall attraction in Europe that subjects you to a g-force of 4 when you plummet 116m in 3 seconds at 110kp/h.  


Winter in Liseberg

Christmas in Liseberg" starts from November 15 until December 29. It's just like stepping into a magic winter wonderland. Here you can stroll among the brimming stalls of the Christmas market and enjoy the winter merry-go-rounds, glittering ice-shows and sleigh rides in the glow from five million Christmas lights.

In winter Liseberg has its very own Icebar made of ice from Swedish Lapland
