Ilulissat Isfjordscenter

Ilulissat Icefjord Center opened in July 2021 and is a visitor centre at Disko Bay on the west coast of Greenland.

Ilulissat is located 250 km north of the Arctic Circle and has unique nature, as visitors here can experience calving glaciers up close and see the consequences of climate change.

Ilulissat Icefjord is a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 2004 and located in western Greenland. It is known for its stunning ice fjord, home to many icebergs that calve off of the nearby Sermeq Kujalleq glacier. The Ilulissat Icefjord Center is a visitor centre located in the town of Ilulissat, near the ice fjord.

The centre offers educational exhibits about the ice fjord and the surrounding area, guided tours and other activities for visitors. If you're interested in learning more about Greenland's natural beauty and history, the Ilulissat Icefjord Center is a great place to start.
