Folgefonna National Park

Situated on the southern shore of the beautiful Hardangerfjord, you will find Folgefonna National Park.

Folgefonna is the third biggest glacier in Norway and covers a total of 214 km2. The highest point is 1,662 metres above sea level.

You can find paths up from places like Sundal and Odda. In the summer you will find daily guided tours across the glacier between Norwegian Mountain Association`s cabins of Fonnabu and Holmaskjær.

Also, kayaking tours are popular here in the summer.
