Drottningholm Palace Park

Take a day trip to Drottningholm to experience The Palace Park.

This Park was established in stages and was influenced by three main styles. A walk in the Park shows firstly a French-inspired Baroque garden dating from the late 17th century.

With inspiration from England during the 1700 century, the natural garden landscape was introduced in an ideal way. The garden around the Chinese Pavilion was laid out in the mid-1700s when the strict garden design idea gave way to a more natural kind of park.

The Palace Park is open to the public and admission is free.
